Lay hardwood floors, tile and carpet
Paint (almost complete)
Install cabinets and countertops (almost complete)

Finish HVAC
Landscaping 

Lay cement for driveway and garage  

Finish floors

Touch up paint and drywall nicks

Install gutters

There is light at the end of the tunnel and it feels so good!  Our closing is scheduled right now for November 14th

but it already appears that we might get moved to the 18th.   We're just so thankful to be at this point and to 

nearing the end of this 16 month adventure!
